## Steps

1. Navigate to https://app.bill.com
2. Click "Payables" in left sidebar → click "Bills"
3. Click "+ New Bill"
4. Select vendor from dropdown — add new if not listed
5. Enter Invoice #, Invoice Date, Due Date from bill
6. Enter line item: Description, GL Account, Amount
7. Attach invoice PDF → drag & drop into "Documents"
8. Click "Save & Send for Approval" → confirm approver

What exactly does Claudia record? add

Claudia records click events, form inputs, page navigation, and keyboard shortcuts within your browser tabs. Sensitive fields are automatically protected — password fields, credit card inputs, and SSN fields are redacted before storage. It does not record video or audio. Desktop recording is available as an optional add-on.

Where is my data stored? add

All recordings are stored locally in your browser's chrome.storage. Nothing is uploaded to any server. When you export a SKILL.md file, it is saved directly to your computer via a browser download.

What is a SKILL.md file? add

A SKILL.md is a structured markdown file that Claude Code and other AI coding assistants can read as a reference. Copy it to ~/.claude/skills/<name>/ and your AI assistant can reference or replay that workflow automatically.

Does the 1-day trial require a credit card? add

No. The 1-day trial starts the moment you install the extension. No payment information is required to try Claudia. You only need to enter payment details if you decide to continue after the trial.

Can I cancel my subscription? add

Yes, at any time. Cancel from your account dashboard and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Does Claudia work on all websites? add

Yes. Claudia works on any website you visit in Chrome, including internal tools, dashboards, SaaS apps, and developer portals. Some browser-internal pages (like chrome:// URLs) are excluded by Chrome's extension APIs.

Is Claudia compliant with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other regulations? add

Claudia is designed with compliance in mind — all recordings are stored locally on your device (never uploaded), sensitive fields like passwords and credit card numbers are automatically redacted before storage, and data is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
